She is having over a decade of rich experience in the fields of Company Law, Secretarial compliance work, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audits, Contractual Agreements, FEMA and Corporate Governance and is associated as a Partner with Tushar Shridharani & Associates LLP.

She also serves as a non-executive professional / independent woman director.
